Sandy Cape,Queensland, Australia
The Byrne sisters, photographed near the Sandy Cape Lighthouse, 1910-1920. All three are wearing light coloured blouses and long skirts. Their blouses, made of lace and embroidered fabrics, have high necks and are tucked in to the skirts and belted at the waist. Their hair is parted in the centre and puffed out over their ears.
