Letter from Conservative Prime Minister Edward Heath's Private Secretary Robert Armstrong to the Department of Education, then headed by Margaret Thatcher.
Thatcher and Heath never got on and it is notable that this communication (in which Armstrong refers to the 1968 Paris Riots) is between their respective civil servants and not in any way personal.
The file also contains an example of left wing material intended for London schools.
