Date written on negative at lower right is 5/22/24. This looks to be a charity event featuring dolls, with participation by actresses. Margaret Vale is also known as Margaret Howe and has been featured in earlier photos in the Bain stream, usually when participating in feminist parades or activities. See, for example, comments on Mrs. Howe, Mrs. Elmer Black, Mrs. Walston Brown, Mrs. Marion Burritt Mrs. B. Buchannan, Mrs. Eva Wyeth (LOC) Const.
