A happy couple on their wedding day visit Mr. Poole's studio. The person who commissioned the photograph was a Mr. Constantine with an address in Charlestown, Co. Mayo. Now Charlestown to Waterford is a good few miles but with a bride as pretty as this lady I'm sure a man would walk 500 more?

Celeste Constantine (she'd dropped the Marie) married Hamish Sweetman of Enniscorthy at The Church of the Sacred Heart, Laytown in 1965. By that time her parents were at Hibernian Bank House, Clara. "The child attendant was Myread Kelly, the bride's cousin" so Kelly could well be Carmen's maiden name. (Drogheda Independent - Saturday 02 October 1965)
