Abstract: Black and white photograph of an injured soldier with facial wounds posing at two different angles. There is a bullet wound on the patient's left cheek which has caused significant trauma to the face. It appears the bullet entered near the ear and exited near the nose. There is a piece of metal inside the wound, extending from the entry point to the exit point.
