An ancient ferry site from Ballyhack to Passage on the mighty Suir and today's image shows a snapshot in the history of the service. It seems to be the Waterford shore and the pier at Passage East in the foreground with Ballyhack on the Wexford side. The service continues to this day but there are vehicles doing the crossing now!
