    Maybe this is F. A. Wilson Lawrenson. NYT of January 19, 1923 has a piece from London, where he was the guest of honor at a dinner. He is described as "Chairman of the American investigation committee of the London convention in 1924 of the Associated Advertising Clubs of the World." If so, he is Frank Aubrey Wilson Lawrenson (born 1882) Evening Star. January 22, 1923, Page 23, column 1 chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn83045462/1923-01-22/ed-... 'F. A. Wilson-Lawrenson. chairman of the American “On-to-London” committee, who has been In London for the past two months conferring with the publishers and advertising men of Great Britain, sails for home on January 27, on the S. S. Mauretania, arriving In New York February 3. He will be accompanied by Sir Charles Higham, who is chairman of the British “On-to-London” committee.' 2/3/23 is the date written on the negative.
