Torn snapshot looking up at an unidentified U.S. Marine standing outside next to a derelict parachute jump training tower in the Parachute Training Area at Camp Lejeune, NC, around 1948 or 1949. Photograph taken while U.S. Marine Lindel D. Dunlop of Zeigler, Illinois, was stationed at the base. This unidentified Marine and Dunlop were good friends [circa 1948-1949].
