Tried to find a building date for the new-looking "Methodist Church, Ballyshannon" (which might be earliest date for this one) - catalogue.nli.ie/Record/vtls000565693 . But no luck; can't even find the building. H e l p !

Found this among a list of WWII incidents in the North West...
On 23 January 1944, at 18:40 hours, a British Halifax four engine bomber struck the cliff at ‘Fairy Bridges’, Bundoran, Co. Donegal. Completely wrecked. Casualties: 6 bodies recovered, 4 washed out to sea.

Maybe the Bridges of Ross, Kilkee, Co Clare. Possibly reversed? davemeehan.com/life/the-bridge-of-ross-kilkee-and-doolin#... Edited to add - NOT Co. Clare - agree with Sharon & Beachcomber that we are in Donegal.
