We have a relatively early O'Dea photograph today. I am hoping that the castle looks better nowadays than it did in 1938.

Talking with colleagues recently we all noted the grim lack of "Limericks" on this stream over the past few months. That is going to change today, VIRTUAL STICKY BUNS are on offer to anyone who pens a Limerick with the word TRIM finishing the first line, over to you!

The Trim Limerick There once was a castle in Trim Where happened some stories so grim If those walls could speak They surely would shriek About dastardly deeds distant and dim.

A neat little castle in Trim but no moat in that you can swim a young Norman did quote a huge price for a moat so a swim in a moat will be slim.
