He Currently Is Building Houses Using Empty Steel Beer and Soft Drink Cans, and Believes They Can Be Constructed as Much as 20% Cheaper Than Conventional Housing. He Also Is Experimenting with Solar Heating Using Cans Painted Black. Discarded Tires Are Among the Objects He Has Used. Reynolds Believes in Using Whatever Is Available in His Particular Environment, 01/1975.
