Phase 1, Stage 2, of the excavation of the area intended for Scotia Square. This photograph was taken from the top of City Hall and looks north, showing the MacDonald Bridge in the background. It offers clear views of the all the way to Dartmouth and shows Barrington St. north of Duke as it was before the area was razed to make way for the Cogswell Street Interchange.
