My first thought was "George Foster Peabody" of the Peabody Awards, but he would have been about 60 in 1913, and this guy looks about 30. I don't remember Peabody having any children.

From some NYT exploration, I discovered: George F. Peabody of Appleton, Wisconsin was Secretary of the American Fisheries Society. George F Peabody of Lake George, NY was a member of the Federal Reserve Board in 1914 Neither of these seem to be the George Foster Peabody above.
