While this scene is idyllic, the water looks perfect for fishing and that mountain in the background looks ideal for walking, it is the timing that makes this for me. Either Mr. French timed it perfectly to catch the mail coach just as it crossed the bridge or he persuaded the driver to stop long enough for him to get into position. Either way this is an instant favourite for me!
