We needed a change from the tragedy of yesterday and where better than Ireland's least appreciated and really beautiful county of Leitrim? Lurganboy looks a bit damp but you have men at work and naturally you have men watching the men at work but what is it that the man in the bowler is holding?
While the discussion on today's image was almost quieter than the scene itself, we do have confirmation (from
Fred Dean Snr) of the location. Including an unequivocal "then and now" comparison via
Google StreetView....
