This looks like where Harry Graham Drive splits off from High street at Kembla Heights. This area was known as "The Flat." The road was never known as "Mt. Kembla Road." It was originally simply called "Top Road", then later officially "Soldiers Road". In the 1940s it was renamed "Harry Graham Drive" in honour of a local baker who became the first Wollongong lord mayor.
