This is an easy summary to write thanks to
O Mac who pointed us to previous research by
Paddy Brennan, as a consequence we have identified the location, the owner of the house and the owner of the car!
The car is outside of Robert Middleton Smith residence at Park Terrace (Mountmellick Co Laois then Queen's Co.

[https://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]] In the comments attached to Eas 2728 below [https://www.flickr.com/photos/paddyb] says "The car outside Humphrey Smiths shop could possible be the same car photographed outside Robert Middleton Smith residents of a house 1 in Park Terrace (Mountmellick Urban, Queen's Co."---which is the above house. maps.osi.ie/publicviewer/#V2,644949,707090,12,9 www.flickr.com/photos/nlireland/8099355385/in/photolist-d... And we also had Eas 2731, "Wexford Millionaires", ---the previous photograph in the series--- where the date was reckoned to be 26th May 1911. www.flickr.com/photos/nlireland/8741021052/
