A fine Poole shot of two Reverend gentlemen from the Poole Collection to end the week.
With thanks to all for their contributions below, it is understood that the taller man on the left is John Gregg (1873-1961; wikipedia) who was then Archbishop of Dublin. And the man on the right with the crozier is Robert Miller (1866-1931; wikipedia) who was then Bishop of Cashel and Waterford. There's a strong suggestion that the photo was taken close to Waterford's Bishops Palace...
Thanks all. So it is largely confirmed that the taller man on the left is John Gregg (1873-1961; wikipedia) who was then Archbishop of Dublin. And the man on the right with crozier is someone we've "met" before, Robert Miller (1866-1931; wikipedia) who was then Bishop of Cashel and Waterford. Any advance on Waterford's Bishops Palace as location?

The next few-- consecutive-- photographs show the pair in a group in the grounds of the Bishops Palace in Waterford. www.nli.ie/glassplates/P_WP/P_WP_3306.jpg The steps and little glass house are to be seen on the ordnance map. maps.osi.ie/publicviewer/#V2,660940,612348,12,9 Here's the same spot today. www.google.ie/maps/@52.2593731,-7.1072647,3a,55.2y,320.38...
