In 1901 the the Price's had built the Inn and several other cottages and outbuildings. This brochure in 1903 was already the third edition. It has been said (Merrill Denison) that Mrs. Price came up with the name 'Bon Echo'. This cover is all that's available from this brochure. A brochure from 1904 started to use the brand 'Bon Echo Inn'.
