I live an hour from Willow Run and was once inside the factory(1990s). I know Ford Motor Company built Consolidated B-24 Liberator Bombers there at a astounding rate. I've read a fair amount of aviation and I don't recall hearing about transports being built in Willow Run. Tire looks right for a B-24 from pictures and youtube videos I just looked at.
