De Ruyter is probably en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michiel_Adriaenszoon_de_Ruyter "Michiel Adriaenszoon de Ruyter (24 March 1607 – 29 April 1676) is the most famous and one of the most skilled admirals in Dutch history. De Ruyter is most famous for his role in the Anglo-Dutch Wars of the 17th century. He fought the English and French and scored several major victories against them, the best known probably being the Raid on the Medway. "

This is a silver model. According to the Tulsa Daily World. (Tulsa, Indian Territory [Okla.]), 30 Dec. 1915. Page 1, Col. 5. chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn85042344/1915-12-30/ed-... The warship model whlch stands four feet high, is that of the Zeven Provlncien, the flagship of Admiral DeRuyter, famed in the history of the seventeenth century."
