High Eagle was a member of an American rodeo troupe which toured Australia in 1935 nla.gov.au/nla.news-article116272743 ; they appear to have arrived in about January nla.gov.au/nla.news-article17127315 and were later engaged to perform at the Sydney Royal Easter Show nla.gov.au/nla.news-article116277837 ; per the various newspaper reports High Eagle was a Cherokee from Oklahoma.
